Cash

To pay your A.C.E.® order in CASH, follow these simple steps:

  1. Call A.C.E.® at 1-631-547-6065 to place your order.
  2. Bring your A.C.E.® transaction number and total cash payment to any Western Union® Agent location. (Total payment includes purchase amount and Western Union® transaction fee (?) per order.)
  3. Fill out the grey Western Union® Swiftpay form at the counter using your A.C.E.® transaction number.
  4. Present the completed form and the total cash payment to the Western Union® Agent. A.C.E.® will process your order as soon as the transaction information is received. For information on a Western Union® location near you, call 1-800-325-6000 or go to www.westernunion.com to “Find Agent Location” or ask your A.C.E.® operator when placing your order. Cash orders must be paid within 7 business days or they will be canceled. Please allow 30 minutes between placing your order with a A.C.E.® associate and sending payment.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes and other costs in addition to the
shipping charge.

Credit Card Security
First-time orders may be required to
ship to the billing address for the first 30 days. First-time international customers may be required to fax to us the portion of their most recent billing statement showing name, billing address and last four digits of credit card number before orders can ship.

A.C.E.® Gift Card
A.C.E.® gift cards can be used on any purchase from A.C.E.® and will not expire. They are available in any amount from $20 - $800 and can be used by phone, fax, online. They can also be added to at any time. Simply go online to order one or call our customer service line 1-631-547-6065 and ask any sales rep for details.

Checks By Mail
Use personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Do not send cash!

1) Personal checks must have your name and address pre-printed.

2) Also include street address and phone, hand-written if necessary.

3) Without a street address and phone, or in the case of new account “starter” checks, orders will be held 11 business days for clearance (no exceptions).

4) All orders paid with checks written on credit card accounts will be held 11 business days for clearance, no exceptions. Once your order and payment is received, please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery, based on availability of parts. If this is your first order with A.C.E.®, your payment may be subject to an 11 business day hold for clearance, for the first 30 days. Any check or money order returned unpaid will be charged an additional service fee. If ordering by mail, it is a good idea to call customer service for current pricing. MINIMUM ODERS:

All orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $15.00 Service Charge

Terms:

A.C.E.® standard payment terms are Visa or MasterCard. We will be happy         
to accept dealers checks and/or open accounts for dealers whose financial         
history warrant. In order to maintain an active status, we require all Dealers to       
have a yearly minimum sales of $500.00 or more. If this is not achieved we         
will require a $350.00 minimum order to be Re-established to active status.

Retail customers must have a minimum order of $25.

DELIVERY:

Whenever possible orders will be shipped 2 days after they are received
via U.PS. In all other cases, orders will be processed according to the buyer
instructions.  All items not in stock will be cancelled, “Please Re-order”

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE:

All U.P.S. ground orders shipped in the U.S.A. over $495.00 will receive Free
freight benefits including insurance. A.C.E. will no longer pay C.O.D. fees. All
U.P.S. orders over $495.00 that are being shipped special air services (2nd day and
3-day) A.C.E. will pay Half freight charges up to 50 pounds. Next day RED
service, A.C.E.  will pay 25% freight charges. This applies to Wholesale accounts only!
**NO FREIGHT ALLOWANCE ON BULK BUYING OR SPECIAL PRICING**

Retail customers are responsible for all shipping costs of their purchases.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering , please Re-order, we do not hold back orders.

SPECIAL PRICING:

A.C.E. has special pricing for our Dealers customers on all parts when they buy quantities of 100, 250 or 500 packs of a single item. Please note that you “will not” receive free freight with these special orders.

WARRANTY:

All merchandise manufactured and/or distributed by AMERICAN CHROME EAGLE Motorcycle Motor Parts is fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Final decision in a just and prompt manner. Replacement or credit will be limited to parts provided by A.C.E. and does not include labor claims of any type.

BAD CHECKS:

Customers writing bad checks will be subject to all future orders being shipped
